1. Medications and Therapy

Common treatment plans such as medications often worsen feelings or leave you feeling numb and can rewire your brain to be dependant on them.

With traditional therapy a session can cost on average $90-$250 a session.

Recent studies show that for the average person it takes aprox 50 sessions to learn how to manage your feelings.

Both methods do not offer complete healing and tend to leave people feelings of hopelessness.

 

2. False Beliefs

For many years scientists believed that mental health issues like depression and anxiety were caused by chemical imbalancestoxicity which created a belief that you will never be better. This ensured that when real healing was offered it would be ignored and you are left living in that todxicity.

Now, science has realized that issues like depression come from a lack of connection, lack of community, and not living your lifes purpose. 

 

3. Relapsing

With traditional forms of treatment a person who has experienced 3 mental illness episodes in life, like depression, has a 90% chance of relapsing. 

As with addiction, the more you relapse the harder each one gets.

Again, this only creates a belief that there is no real relief.

WHY DO I HAVE DEPRESSION?

Scientists once believed that depression came from genetics or from a chemical imbalance.

New studies have shown that depression often comes from a lack of connection or community. Often depression comes from trauma or not living out what feeds your soul.

This is why unconventional treatments which include subconscious work are so effective in healing (not coping) depression.

WHAT CAUSES ANXIETY?

A person can develop anxiety for several reasons. It can be from a trauma response, or chronic stress, and some studies state that anxiety can be passed from mother to child.

When the vagus nerve is unable to activate the relaxation trigger, over time, a person can develop anxiety.

I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH DEPRESSION/ANXIETY. DO I HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE?

No, contrary to what outdated beliefs and treatments may say you do not have to live with anxiety or depression for the rest of your life. You don’t even have to deal with masking the symptoms or having to deal with relapses. Unconventional treatments have been shown to be not only effective but long-lasting or permanent.

WHY DO I CONTINUE TO RELAPSE EVEN THOUGH I DO ALL THE THINGS I'M TOLD TO DO?

Traditional therapy and medications can be greatly beneficial however, it doesn’t get to the root cause of the issue. Talk therapy paints a clearer picture of coping skills and patterns but cannot get to the root cause that is deep within the subconscious.

Medications can be beneficial as well however they are used to treat symptoms not to cure the problem itself. Often medications have a huge impact on your gut health which can also worsen moods.

WHY CAN'T MY FAMILY/FRIENDS UNDERSTAND THAT THEIR ADVICE IS MORE HARMFUL THAN HELPFUL?

Often family and friends mean well by giving advice, but depression and anxiety cannot be understood by a person who has never experienced it.

So, while a walk outside can elevate a person’s mood when they are feeling down it won’t work for people with depression or anxiety and they won’t be able to fully understand why.

People who have depression or anxiety often struggle to explain it simply because they can’t. There is no rhyme or reason to the thoughts and feelings you may be experiencing but they are very much real not matter how unexplainable they may be.

WHAT MAKES ROOT HEALING THERAPY DIFFERENT?

With Root Healing Therapy, together, we will get to the root cause of the problem for permanent healing, not just teaching you how to cope with it. Allowing you to have a total and complete healing experience so you can live your life without having to worry about when you may relapse again.

 

HOW IS ROOT HEALING THERAPY DIFFERENT FROM OTHER FORMS OF HYPNOSIS/HYPNOTHERAPY?

With traditional hypnotherapy, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour to hypnotize you. Once hypnotized the therapist will then “stabilize” the client in order to ensure they are open to suggestions. Once they reach that goal, they will move on to the therapy portion of the treatment. This is called “ego-strengthening”. This ego-strengthening process can enhance the client’s ability to respond to the therapy process overall. From there they move on to “maintenance” where they create metaphors to help a client cope with patterns or beliefs. This may need to be done once a week for 3-6 weeks.

Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, Root Healing Therapy does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. It combines a range of multi-award-winning and science-backed techniques that allow you to heal the mind, body, and energetic vibrations.

Although self-talk, talk therapy, and subconscious positive reinforcement are beneficial, Root Healing Therapy allows me to help clients obtain breakthroughs, that wouldn’t ordinarily be possible, by identifying the root cause, rewiring, overcoming (not coping), and then transforming their lives.

 

HOW WILL ROOT HEALING THERAPY RESOLVE MY DEPRESSION/ANXIETY?

Unlike traditional forms of treatment, Root Healing Therapy gets to the root of the issue by using subconscious work, energy healing, and physical body repair.

This identifies the root of the problem, rewires, and then transforms your mind, body, and energetic vibrations.

WILL MY DEPRESSION OR ANXIETY GO AWAY COMPLETELY ON ITS OWN?

Anything is possible but often does not happen on its own. Some people have been able to cope with or relieve their depression/anxiety through meditation and breathwork, but it does take time, persistence, and patience.

IS HYPNOSIS DANGEROUS?

Hypnosis is not dangerous but can induce a seizure in epileptics and therefore Christina will not offer sessions to those who are prone to seizures. 

CAN YOU MAKE ME DO SOMETHING I DON'T WANT TO DO?

Absolutely not! When hypnotized you are in a relaxed state but are still aware of what is happening.

CAN I GET STUCK IN HYPNOSIS?

No, hypnosis is a state of mind that happens naturally. You could come out at any time if you chose to.

HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?

On average a session will last around 90-120 minutes.

IS HYPNOTHERAPY REALLY EFFECTIVE?

Hypnosis has been studied since the 18th century and was first used by a physician by the name of Franz Mesmer as well as Dr. Sigmund Freud. Many studies have shown the benefits of hypnosis and in 1958 the American Medical Association recognized hypnotherapy as an effective tool. By 1961 the American Psychiatric Association recognized it as effective as well.

WHAT IS ENERGY HEALING?

Everything is made of energy and if someone is struggling with mental illness it will lower energetic vibrations.

Energy healing takes many forms and can be done with breathwork, meditation, grounding, hypnosis, or music. 

When energy healing the healer will use their preferred method to balance your chakras and align your energy to attract the life you deserve.

Depending on the client, Christina will use breathwork, meditation, hypnosis, and/or music to heal and balance energetic frequencies.  

IS REIKI SAFE?

Absolutely! Reiki is a special technique used to transfer healing and positive energy into the client that heals and relaxes them.

HOW DOES REIKI WORK VIRTUALLY?

Energy knows no bounds. It can move forward, backward, or to the other end of the planet so when a practitioner has a visual idea of where to send the healing Reiki the universe handles the rest. 

 


A Little About Me:

Around the age of 12 I began to struggle with depression and anxiety. At that point in my life I was all to familiar with abuse and watching loved ones go through a variety of addictions. As a young adult I even struggled with my own addictions for a brief period of time. 

As much as I tried to heal through therapy, self help books, dissociating, and pretending to be the strong one, I carried that trauma and depression well into my adulthood. I found myself repeating the same toxic cycles over and over and always thinking "this time will be different", but it never was. 

It was when I found RTT® that my life changed and those patterns FINALLY ended and I was able to create healthy ones. 

Now, with the same methods that changed me, I help others put an end to their toxic cycles so they can take back their lives and thrive.
